Terms of Service | Recover Hacked

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Recover Hacked ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Recover Hacked provides account recovery services for various digital platforms including but not limited to:

Social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.)
Business accounts and advertising platforms
Other digital platform accounts as specified

3. Payment Terms

Consultation Fee: A non-refundable consultation fee of $19 USD is required to begin the account recovery assessment process.

Recovery Fees: Additional fees apply for successful account recovery:

Personal accounts: $225 USD
Business accounts: $499 USD
Email accounts: $199 USD

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Recovery fees are only charged upon successful account recovery.

4. Service Limitations

While we maintain a 95% success rate, we cannot guarantee account recovery in all cases. Factors that may affect recovery include:

Insufficient account ownership verification
Permanent account deletion by the platform
Violation of platform terms that resulted in permanent suspension
Lack of cooperation from the account platform

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about account ownership
Cooperate fully with the recovery process
Provide necessary documentation to verify account ownership
Not attempt recovery through other means during our service period
Maintain confidentiality of recovery methods and processes

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided during the recovery process. All client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Recover Hacked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

8. Refund Policy

Consultation Fee: The $19 consultation fee is non-refundable as it covers the time and expertise required for initial assessment.

Recovery Fees: Recovery fees are only charged upon successful account recovery. If we cannot recover your account, no additional fees beyond the consultation fee will be charged.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you remain liable for all charges incurred up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
