Fair and Transparent Refund Policy

We believe in fair business practices. Our refund policy is designed to protect both our clients and our business while ensuring transparency in all transactions.

Consultation Fee - $19 USD

Non-Refundable

The $19 consultation fee is non-refundable as it covers the time and expertise of our cybersecurity professionals for:

  • Initial account analysis and assessment
  • Recovery feasibility evaluation
  • Personalized recovery strategy development
  • Expert consultation and advice

Recovery Fees - Success-Based Pricing

Only Pay for Success

Recovery fees are only charged upon successful account recovery. If we cannot recover your account, you pay nothing beyond the consultation fee.

Refund Scenarios

Successful Recovery

When we successfully recover your account, the full recovery fee is due. No refunds are provided for successful recoveries as the service has been completed as promised.

Unsuccessful Recovery

If we determine your account cannot be recovered or if our recovery attempts are unsuccessful, you only pay the $19 consultation fee. No additional charges apply.

Client Cancellation

If you choose to cancel the recovery process after consultation but before we begin active recovery work, only the $19 consultation fee applies. Once active recovery begins, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund if we subsequently recover your account.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment processing fees are non-refundable even in cases where service refunds apply.

  • Consultation fees are charged immediately upon booking
  • Recovery fees are charged only after successful account recovery
  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
  • Payment disputes should be directed to our support team first

Refund Process

In the rare cases where refunds apply:

  1. Contact our support team at help@recoverhacked.com
  2. Provide your case reference number and reason for refund request
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for refund processing
  4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about charges or services, please contact us directly before initiating payment disputes with your bank or credit card company. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
